Position: Site Security Guard

Location: Various Locations around Wasco, CA

Duration: 25 Mar 2024 - 1 June 2025

Shifts: 7pm to 7am (Hours may vary based on project requirements)

General Information:

Alpha 5 is seeking dedicated and vigilant security personnel for the position of Site Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of equipment at various drill sites. The selected candidate will be responsible for guarding all equipment on-site, conducting regular perimeter checks, and safeguarding against theft, vandalism, or injury risks.

Work Requirements:

Technical Requirements:

• Must possess a cell phone or another communication device for timely alerting of authorities in case of any issues.

• Must have a vehicle available on-site for emergency situations and perimeter checks.

Deliverables:

• Guard shifts will primarily be from 7pm to 7am, subject to change based on project requirements.

• Responsible for communicating with the lead driller or project staff regarding any arising problems or concerns.

Supporting Information:

• A detailed driving map for each site will be provided in advance of the project start date, including start dates and the estimated number of shifts required.

• This position requires flexibility regarding location and schedule, as site locations are determined by USGS priorities and may change with one week's notice.
