Aaron's professional trajectory commenced in 2004 with his enlistment in the Marine Corps. His deployments to Iraq in 2007 and Afghanistan in 2010 were pivotal, molding his deep-seated commitment to service. In pursuit of personal and professional growth, he achieved a commission as a Second Lieutenant in 2016 through the Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program at the University of Southern California. Throughout his tenure in various leadership capacities, Aaron fostered profound connections, laying the foundation for a community where excellence is the norm and mediocrity finds no foothold. Alpha 5 aims to continue these bonds, creating a supportive culture of camaraderie and shared purpose.

With a decade of dedicated service as a Police SWAT Officer and a distinguished background as a United States Marine Corps veteran, John brings a wealth of expertise in firearms instruction, active shooter response, and tactical operations. His commitment to excellence, honed through extensive training and experience, is evident in his ability to ensure the safety and security of both clients and communities. As an Assistant Squad Leader and SWAT Sniper, he has honed his skills in mission planning, risk assessment, and team supervision, further solidifying his reputation as a dependable and resourceful leader. With a focus on professionalism and integrity, John is dedicated to making lasting contributions to the safety and well-being of those he serves.

Andrew was born with an inherent sense of duty and an unmatched passion for service and advocating for others. Hailing from Northern California, he joined the Marine Corps in 2005. Throughout his five years of service, he held various roles that took him all over the globe, including a combat tour in Iraq. After his service, he began attending CSU Sacramento, where he earned his B.A. in Government and International Relations. While a student, he started to explore residential finance in 2011, and even before graduation, his career took off. He has led his own team in all aspects of residential investment and finance since 2011 and was the founder and CEO of the Golden State Impact Project—an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) organization that raised three-quarters of a million dollars for combat veteran-related causes.

Nick Holmes is the Founder and Managing Principal of Nomadus Consulting LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and trusted partner of Alpha 5 Strategic Solutions. With two decades of experience spanning military intelligence, enterprise IT, and government contracting, Nick brings mission-driven leadership and precision to every project.
A former U.S. Marine with 12 years of service—both enlisted and commissioned—Nick specialized in signals intelligence and completed four overseas deployments, including a 10-month tour in Afghanistan leading joint intelligence operations. Through Nomadus, he spearheads project management, vendor engagement, and market research, while partnering with Alpha 5 to deliver Military-Level Quality Assurance and top-tier SkillBridge programs.
Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Memphis and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
