Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to partner with as an Administrative and Coordination Services professional. This role is pivotal in supporting USNORTHCOM's mission by ensuring efficient operation through superior administrative, coordination, and fiscal management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-starting professional with a strong ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Articulate and advocate for the mission's equities through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Management of all MFN TSC Staff travel
Management of the MFN Global - Theater Security Cooperation Management Information System (G-TSCMIS)
Conduct in-depth research, tracking, and closeout of fiscal costs associated with projects and events, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Utilize advanced computer skills for data entry, and proficient use of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to create and manage documents and presentations.
Collaborate effectively with representatives from various military and law enforcement agencies in a non-standard work environment.
Apply proactive problem-solving skills to address challenges and contribute to mission objectives.
Operate independently, fulfilling responsibilities with minimal supervision and demonstrating initiative in accomplishing objectives.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills.
In-depth knowledge and skills necessary for fiscal management of projects and events.
Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
Current Secret Clearance.
Experience working in collaborative settings with military and law enforcement agencies preferred.
Strong proactive problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated individual capable of achieving objectives with minimal supervision.
